• Event creators – when you register for or purchase a ticket to a session, your name and email are shared with the creator who hosts that event. This allows creators to communicate with their attendees about the session.

• Content moderation services – for automated safety and content screening.
• Analytics providers – to understand how people use the site.

Each third-party provider is bound by strict privacy and data handling rules.

6. Creator Responsibilities

If you host sessions on Q&A W/Me, you receive attendee information (names and emails) for your events. By hosting, you agree to:

• Use attendee data only for communicating about your sessions and content.
• Not sell, rent, or share attendee data with third parties.
• Handle all attendee information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Delete attendee data upon request from the attendee or from Q&A W/Me.

Misuse of attendee data may result in account suspension or termination.

We use encryption and other safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we do our best to keep your information safe.
